Returns
If an item arrives with a quality issue, we’ll happily make it right. Here’s how to proceed:
- Eligibility: We only accept returns for items with quality concerns if reported within 3 days of receiving them. Items should be in their original packaging and unworn.
- Process: Simply email us at info@shoptheavenue.ca with your order details, a description, and a photo of the issue.
- Resolution: Once verified, we’ll work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund option based on your preference.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a different style might catch your eye! Here’s how exchanges work:
- Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery if they are in original, unworn condition.

- Shipping: Exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer, except in cases of quality concerns.
